Urbanic, a London-based fashion brand blending creativity with technology, has raised $150 million in its Series C funding round. The investment, supported by global investors including Mirabaud Lifestyle Impact & Innovation Fund, D1 Capital Partners, and JAM Fund, along with luxury European fashion families, aims to revolutionize the industry by enhancing AI-driven design and supply chain efficiency.
“We are grateful for the support of our investors whose funding will meaningfully accelerate our ability to bring new designs and clothing to our customers across our markets globally,” James Wellwood, a Founding Partner of Urbanic, said in a press release by the company.
Urbanic’s commitment to social responsibility is underscored by initiatives like the Urbanic Oasis tree-planting project in Latin America and educational programs for underprivileged communities. Since its 2019 inception, Urbanic’s innovative and eco-conscious approach has attracted a worldwide customer base. This funding will further Urbanic’s vision of introducing sustainable practices and advanced designs globally, promoting a more ethical and inclusive fashion industry.
