FANUC America Expands Michigan Campus to Over 2M Sq Ft with $110M Robotics & Automation Facility

FANUC America has unveiled its new 650,000 square foot West Campus in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This $110 million investment expands FANUC’s footprint in Michigan to over 2 million square feet. Since 2019, FANUC’s growth has created over 400 jobs in the state. The West Campus will support advanced product manufacturing and customized automation systems.

“FANUC America’s ongoing growth strategy strengthens our commitment to the automation and robotics industry,” said Mike Cicco, President and CEO.

FANUC has invested over $187 million since 2019, including a 461,000-square-foot North Campus and new headquarters in Mexico and Canada. Future plans include the FANUC Academy, an advanced automation training center, bringing total investments in North America to over $250 million.

FANUC’s automation solutions serve industries like automotive, aerospace, agriculture, consumer products, food, pharmaceuticals, and warehousing.
