Computer scientist Andrej Karpathy announced this week the launch of Eureka Labs, an AI-integrated education platform. Leveraging his experience at OpenAI and Tesla, Karpathy aims to enhance digital learning with AI assistance.
“Eureka Labs is the culmination of my passion in both AI and education over about 2 decades,” Karpathy said in the post
Eureka Labs’ first product, LLM101, is an undergraduate course that helps students train their own AI models, similar to the platform’s AI teaching assistant. Karpathy, who holds a PhD from Stanford University, was a founding member of OpenAI and led Tesla’s autopilot division. He has a history of posting online tutorials on AI concepts.
