Haber Nets, AI Robotics Startup, Secures $38M for Factory Automation

Pune-based AI robotics startup Haber Nets (Elixa Technologies Pvt Ltd) has secured $38 million in a new funding round led by Creaegis, with participation from Accel and BEENEXT Capital. The company, founded in 2017 by Vipin Raghavan, Arjunan PN, and Priya Venkat, focuses on AI-driven industrial robots to automate labor-intensive tasks like sample collection, measurement, analysis, and intervention in factories.

Haber Nets’ latest funding round was approved through the issuance of 100 equity shares and over 457,000 Series C compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) to the investors, as per a Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) filing. The company had previously raised $20 million in Series B funding in 2021, led by Ascent Capital.

Specializing in industries such as food and beverages, oil and gas, and agriculture, Haber Nets’ solutions have significantly reduced chemical, energy, and water consumption. To date, the company’s technology has saved over 50 billion liters of water and eliminated 500,000 tonnes of carbon emissions. Its automation services include chemical dosing in various sectors, such as sugar mills, distilleries, breweries, and mining.

This new funding will help Haber Nets continue expanding its portfolio and market reach.
