Inkers Technology Raises $3M Series A Led by Lucky Investments to Expand Prop-Tech Solutions

Bengaluru-based Inkers Technology, a prop-tech startup focused on AI-driven solutions for the construction sector, has raised $3 million in its Series A funding round led by Ashish Kasholia of Lucky Investments. This follows a previous investment of $2.03 million from Sailing Stones Technologies and other backers.

Co-founded by Rohan Shravan, Manish Giri, and Srikanth Kandada, Inkers Technology is pioneering digital transformation in construction through advanced technologies, including computer vision, deep neural networks, and frequency domain encoding. The company’s innovations support an integrated video processing pipeline that transforms complex data streams into actionable insights for construction teams.

At the center of Inkers’ offerings is its AI-powered platform Observance, designed to streamline construction workflows and optimize project outcomes. Observance processes data from point clouds, images, Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, and project schedules to deliver hyper-accurate, real-time analytics.

The platform provides enhanced as-built 3D models with thermal maps, allowing for BIM conflict resolutions, early structural defect detection, and real-time construction progress updates. According to Inkers, Observance can scan up to 100,000 square feet of construction area within an hour and generate detailed defect reports, analytics, and schedule updates within 24–48 hours.

Observance has already demonstrated significant success, having been deployed across 150+ construction sites in major cities such as Bangalore, NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad. To date, the platform has scanned over 250 million square feet of construction area, processing more than 2 petabytes of data.

With the fresh capital, Inkers plans to expand its market reach and enhance its product capabilities, aiming to bring cutting-edge AI solutions to a broader audience. The company is focused on improving construction efficiency, reducing costs, and driving sustainability in infrastructure projects across India and beyond.

Inkers Technology’s latest funding underscores its role as a key player in the digital transformation of the construction industry, leveraging AI to solve critical challenges and redefine project execution standards.
