Astrotech startup AstroSure.ai, co-founded by Vanya Mishra and Hatim Kantawalla, has raised $6 million in a seed funding round led by investor Pradeep Dadha and other backers. Launched this month, the platform combines Vedic astrology with AI technology to modernize traditional practices and position itself as a leader in the growing astrotech market.
AstroSure.ai integrates ancient wisdom with advanced digital solutions to offer personalized mental wellness tools and decision-making support. Its virtual assistant, Agastyaa, provides real-time guidance on life decisions such as marriage, career, and investments. Accessible on both iOS and Android, the platform eliminates barriers to astrology by offering a transparent and consistent experience.
Through its freemium model, users gain free access to the app’s features, including 24/7 insights without the involvement of human intermediaries. This approach addresses common grievances in the astrology sector, such as hidden fees and exploitative practices, ensuring a trustworthy and unbiased user experience.
With the Indian online astrology market projected to contribute 25% to the global $4 billion astrotech industry by 2030, AstroSure.ai is poised to capitalize on this growth. The app has already attracted over 150,000 beta users, competing with established platforms like Astrotalk, Astrosage, and Insta Astro.
The newly secured funding will be used to enhance the app’s features, expand its user base, and onboard talent to support its ambitious growth strategy. Co-founders Mishra and Kantawalla envision AstroSure as a transformative tool for mental well-being, blending traditional astrology with the precision of AI to empower users in navigating life’s challenges with confidence.
