Unlike traditional hiring methods, Alfa operates without gender or racial bias, improving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in recruitment.
CEO Alfie Whattam said that recruitment remains a slow and costly process, adding that Alfa’s AI-powered approach enables millions of simultaneous candidate interactions at 97% lower costs than human recruiters. Mark Pearson, founder of Fuel Ventures, described Alfa as a breakthrough in hiring technology, stating that AI-driven recruitment is long overdue for disruption.
Founded by Alfie Whattam (CEO), Ed Godshaw (CTO), and Dr. Linda Yu, PhD (Chief Research Officer), Alfa AI is set to redefine talent acquisition. By leveraging machine learning and automation, Alfa enables hiring managers to focus on meaningful candidate interactions, streamlining the process from screening to placement.
