Beacon.li Secures $7M Series A to Expand AI-Powered Enterprise Software Assistance

Beacon.li, a San Francisco-based AI-powered product assistant for enterprise software, has raised $7 million in Series A funding to enhance its AI capabilities, scale global operations, and improve enterprise software adoption. The funding round was led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Athera Venture Partners, JAFCO Asia, Unicorn India Ventures, and notable angel investors including Aneesh Reddy, Kapil Bharti, and Aravind Sanka.

Sorin Investments, a Mumbai-based early-stage venture capital firm, focuses on Series A and B funding rounds across sectors such as fintech, health tech, SaaS, and enterprise technology. The investment reinforces Beacon.li’s mission to streamline enterprise software workflows by automating complex tasks, reducing support overhead, and improving user adoption through AI-driven automation.

Formerly known as Windo, Beacon.li provides AI-powered assistance that resolves queries, automates documentation, and enhances enterprise software usability in real-time. The company serves clients in India and the U.S., including Darwinbox, Zluri, KekHR, and Planful. With this latest funding, Beacon.li aims to expand its AI capabilities, further optimize enterprise support functions, and establish itself as a leader in AI-driven software automation.
