Kerala-based humanoid robotics company iHub Robotics has raised $520,000 in additional pre-seed funding from U.S. investors, bringing fresh momentum to its plans for AI-driven manufacturing expansion. The funding will support the establishment of new production facilities in Kerala and accelerate the company’s mission to position India as a global hub for robotics and automation.
Founded in 2021 by Athil Krishna, Akhil K Haridasan, and Sarath S, iHub Robotics has already made international strides with exports of its AI-powered semi-humanoid robot, Tara Gen-1, to the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The company also launched the iHub School of Learning to train 100,000 students in AI and robotics technologies.
