Buynomics, a pricing and revenue optimization company based in Germany, has raised $30 million in Series B funding to accelerate the global rollout of its AI technology, with a strong focus on North American expansion.
The round was led by Forestay Capital, whose principal Jonas Jeandupeux said the firm sees “immense potential in Buynomics’ AI technology to redefine commercial decision-making.”
Founded in 2018, Buynomics leverages its Virtual Shoppers AI platform to simulate real-world consumer behavior, helping brands like Danone, Unilever, L’Oréal, and Vodafone optimize pricing, promotions, and product portfolios. As AI reshapes enterprise decision-making, Buynomics positions itself at the forefront of intelligent, data-driven commercial strategy.
