Assiduous Achieves €1M Funding to Improve AI Finance Platform for SMEs

Dublin-based fintech startup Assiduous has raised €1 million to accelerate the development and rollout of its AI-powered corporate finance platform, Corporate Finance Autopilot. Founded in 2023 by Fergal Meegan and Barry Murphy, the company provides AI-enabled tools that help small and medium-sized businesses plan and execute high-value transactions, including funding rounds, exits, and strategic shifts.

CEO Fergal Meegan said the platform is designed to “embed corporate advisory expertise directly into software, enabling more SMEs to navigate complex financial decisions using AI.” The funding round included support from private investors and Enterprise Ireland’s High-Potential Start-Up programme.

Assiduous has also partnered with Euronext Group to help SMEs access capital markets earlier, following its participation in the EIT Digital Open Innovation Factory.
