PeopleForce, the fast-growing all-in-one HR platform, has raised $5.38 million in a Pre-Series A funding round to accelerate its expansion in Poland and Latin America. The round was co-led by Pracuj Ventures and u.ventures, with participation from Dnipro VC and angel investors including Azeem Azhar, Aarthi Ramamurthy, and Nate Williams.
The company, founded in 2019, serves over 1,300 clients in more than 30 countries and has seen 80% ARR growth over the past year. CEO Andrew Cetinic said the new funding will “allow us to scale our efforts and launch the features that will strengthen our position as an HR hub.”
Backers cited the platform’s AI-driven automation, regional adaptability, and customer impact as key strengths. Co-CEO Mykola Mykhaylov added that PeopleForce will use the capital to enhance region-specific compliance features and expand local go-to-market teams, particularly in Mexico and Colombia.
With over 100,000 active users, PeopleForce is focused on transforming how businesses manage people by combining automation, analytics, and user-centric design. The company is positioning itself as a leading HR tech solution in emerging markets, driven by rapid growth, product innovation, and a clear roadmap tailored to local needs.
