Qualifacts, a leader in electronic health record (EHR) and data solutions for behavioral health and human services, announced the debut of two new AI-powered tools — Qualifacts® iQ Agent and Qualifacts® iQ Assistant — at the upcoming NatCon25 conference in Philadelphia, May 5–7. These additions build on the company’s Qualifacts iQ platform, a suite of AI innovations designed to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burden.
Launching this summer, iQ Assistant will provide instant EHR guidance and onboarding support at no cost to customers. Meanwhile, iQ Agent, expected in late 2025, will automate billing and scheduling. CEO Josh Schoeller emphasized the company’s mission to deliver secure, integrated AI that enhances efficiency and care delivery.
