TeamOhana Attracts $7.5M Backing to Scale Intelligent Workforce Planning Platform

TeamOhana, a software company transforming headcount management and compensation planning, has secured $7.5 million in seed funding led by Lerer Hippeau and Collide Capital, with participation from Sierra Ventures and Recall Capital. This new investment brings the company’s total funding to $11.5 million.

TeamOhana unifies Finance, HR, and Talent teams on a single platform, streamlining workforce planning and cutting manual work by over 90 hours per month for customers such as Scale AI, Vercel, and Zip. CEO Tushar Makhija said the company is redefining workforce intelligence through its new Agentic AI platform, currently in beta, which acts as a CFO co-pilot. The funding will accelerate product development and further scale the platform’s AI capabilities.
