Ox Security Raises $60M Series B to Secure AI-Generated Code Amid Developer Shift to GenAI

New York- and Tel Aviv-based Ox Security has announced a $60 million Series B funding round to expand its AI-driven code security platform. The round was led by DTCP, with participation from IBM Ventures, Microsoft, Swisscom Ventures, Evolution Equity Partners, and Team8, bringing Ox’s total funding to $94 million.

Founded in 2021 by Neatsun Ziv and Lior Arzi, Ox scans for vulnerabilities in both AI- and human-written code, offering threat modeling, code reviews, and executive breach reports. Ziv emphasized that AI accelerates development but lacks the judgment to catch subtle flaws, positioning Ox as a critical layer of defense.

With over 100 million lines of code analyzed daily for clients like eToro, SoFi, Microsoft, and IBM, Ox plans to double its $10 million ARR and reach profitability within three years.
