Seattle-based AI recruiting startup Humanly has announced a $7 million Momentum Round to fuel product innovation and expand its go-to-market efforts. The company, which automates candidate screening, scheduling, and engagement, processes over 250,000 applicants monthly, helping enterprises dramatically cut hiring cycles from 44 days to just 5.
This latest round brings Humanly’s total funding to $24 million, with backing from Drive Capital, Y Combinator, Zeal Capital, Spark Growth Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and prominent angels including DocuSign’s Tom Gonser and former Microsoft CHRO Lisa Brummel.
CEO and Co-founder Prem Kumar emphasized Humanly’s mission to make hiring faster, more inclusive, and candidate-centric by leveraging responsible AI and structured conversation data to deliver a human-first recruiting experience.
