CEO Rick Allen said the platform was built to “democratize data and make it instantly actionable,” enabling clients to track viewership trends, monetization, and engagement in real time.
Also unveiled is ViewLift FanAssist AI™, a multilingual AI assistant that integrates directly into ticketing systems. Using advanced decision engines and language models, it resolves customer queries autonomously, even during peak traffic. In one deployment, a top sports streaming platform saw support ticket volume drop by nearly 90% during live events.
Additionally, ViewLift has incorporated Google Vertex AI to deliver real-time personalized content recommendations across devices, further enhancing viewer retention and monetization.
