New Signals Solution from Snowplow Enables AI Personalization Through Live Customer Intelligence

Snowplow, the global leader in customer data infrastructure, today announced the launch of Snowplow Signals, a real-time customer intelligence system designed to accelerate the development of AI-powered experiences. Built for product, engineering, and data science teams, Signals delivers live, trustworthy customer context to personalize user journeys and drive adaptive AI applications.

Chief Product Officer Todd Boes said Signals transforms how organizations engage users by embedding behavioral data into application logic. “By infusing real-time customer context into product memory, Signals enables personalized, proactive experiences that boost engagement and lifetime value,” he stated.

Powered by Snowplow’s streaming engine, Signals supports millisecond-level personalization and includes tools for triggering dynamic interventions, surfacing in-session insights, and training models on historical data without compromising data governance or speed.

Currently available to design partners, Snowplow Signals will be generally available in Q3 2025.
