Inven, the Helsinki-based startup pioneering AI-native deal sourcing for private markets, has closed a €11.2 million Series A round led by Ventech and Vendep Capital. Additional backing came from angel investor Risto Siilasmaa, alongside returning investors Lifeline Ventures and Joint Effects.
Founded in 2022, Inven leverages proprietary data on over 21 million companies and real-time scanning of millions of digital sources to deliver predictive insights for M&A professionals. Its platform enables investors, bankers, and consultants to discover and analyze opportunities up to ten times faster.
Co-founder and CPO Tommi Kupiainen said Inven was designed to be “an intelligence layer that filters noise and surfaces the right insights before they’re even requested.”
With the new funding, Inven will scale its AI, product, and customer teams while expanding into North America and major global financial centers.
