Multiplier Holdings, the AI platform that buys and supercharges professional-services businesses, has raised $27.5 million in seed and Series A financing. Lightspeed Venture Partners led the Series A; Ribbit Capital and SV Angel backed the seed.
Founder and CEO Noah Pepper, formerly Stripe’s APAC lead, said the funds will “let us turn high-margin service boutiques into an AI federation that rivals the Big Four.”
Multiplier proved the model by acquiring 12-person Citrine International Tax, where proprietary generative-AI tools more than doubled profit margins by eliminating manual work.
Lightspeed partner Justin Overdorff called the roll-up strategy effective “because small firms embrace process change.” Multiplier is now scouting additional recurring-revenue accounting, legal and advisory practices for AI integration.
