The move signals Rubrik’s deepening focus on AI agent adoption across secure data environments. While terms were not officially disclosed, sources estimate the deal value between $100 million and $500 million.
Founded in 2021 by Devvret Rishi, Piero Molino, and Travis Addair, Predibase enables scalable training and fine-tuning of foundation models. Its integration will enhance Rubrik’s AI capabilities across platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Google Agentspace. This acquisition follows a wave of similar deals as enterprises race to build reliable, secure AI agents tailored to industry-specific workflows.
