Salesforce Launches Agentforce 360 to Expand Enterprise AI Agent Capabilities

Salesforce has unveiled Agentforce 360, the latest version of its AI agent platform, ahead of its annual Dreamforceconference on October 14. The update introduces new tools for building, instructing, and deploying enterprise AI agents, strengthening Salesforce’s position in a competitive market for AI-driven business solutions.

Key features include Agent Script, a new prompting tool that allows users to program AI agents with conditional logic for more adaptable and predictable interactions. The update also adds Agentforce Builder, a unified environment for creating and testing agents, and expands integration with Slack, enabling Salesforce apps like Sales, IT, and HR to operate directly within the messaging platform.

Agentforce 360, powered by reasoning models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini, already serves 12,000 customers, including Lennar, Adecco, and Pearson.
