Nuxera AI Closes $2.5M in Funding to Advance Arabic-First AI for Healthcare in Saudi Arabia

Nuxera AI, a Saudi health-tech startup, has raised $2.5 million in pre-seed funding from Sanabil Venture Studio by Redesign Health to accelerate the development of its Arabic-first AI platform for healthcare providers.

Founded by Amin El Hemaily, Asad Khan, and Nada Hassan, Nuxera AI is building tools that transform clinical workflows across public and private hospitals through native Arabic-language artificial intelligence. Its flagship product, SERA, automates clinical documentation across 28 Arabic dialects, generating structured medical notes and reducing paperwork time by more than 70%.

The new funding will support product expansion, AI model enhancement, and hospital deployments across Saudi Arabia. Backed by Sanabil’s operational and healthcare expertise, Nuxera AI aims to position the Kingdom as a global leader in AI-driven healthcare innovation.
