Viven Emerges from Stealth with $35M to Build AI-Powered Digital Twins for the Workplace

Ashutosh Garg and Varun Kacholia, co-founders of AI recruiting firm Eightfold, have launched Viven, a new startup developing digital twins that replicate employees’ knowledge and workflows. The company announced $35 million in seed funding led by Khosla Ventures, Foundation Capital, and FPV Ventures, marking its official debut from stealth.

Viven’s technology uses large language models to create a secure digital version of each employee by learning from internal documents, messages, and files. These personalized AI models allow colleagues to access critical information from a teammate’s “digital twin” when they are unavailable, reducing workflow delays and improving team collaboration.

A key innovation behind Viven is its pairwise context and privacy framework, which governs how information is shared across teams while safeguarding personal and confidential data. Already deployed at enterprise clients including Genpact and Eightfold, Viven aims to redefine organizational knowledge-sharing through privacy-first AI collaboration.
