Bevel Announces $10M to Scale AI Health Companion Unifying Wearable Data

Bevel, the New York–based health tech startup, has secured $10 million in Series A funding from General Catalyst to expand its AI-driven health companion, a platform designed to unify data from wearables and daily habits across sleep, fitness, and nutrition. The company positions its software-only model as a more accessible alternative to hardware-dependent wellness brands, allowing users to rely on the devices they already own.

The investment follows a year of rapid growth in which Bevel increased usage more than eightfold and surpassed 100,000 daily active users, with strong engagement and retention. Led by co-founder and CEO Grey Nguyen, alongside co-founders Ben Yang and Aditya Agarwal, the company integrates data from Apple Health and continuous glucose monitors through its core system, Bevel Intelligence, which adapts insights to individual physiology.

With the new funding, Bevel plans to expand integrations, deepen AI-powered recommendations, and pursue broader partnerships focused on proactive, personalised health.
