Evolve Closes $1M Seed Round to Expand AI-Native Learning Platform for Global Enterprises

Evolve, a provider of AI-native learning technology, has secured $1 million in Seed funding to accelerate product development and support rapid growth across its international customer base. The round was led by AltaIR Capital with participation from 500 Global, ULTRA.VC, Funders VC, and Brayne.vc.

Founded in 2023 and launched across the U.S. and Europe in 2024, Evolve delivers an AI-powered training platform that automates course creation, adapts content to individual learners, and measures performance through smart assessments, real-world simulations, personalized learning paths, and detailed analytics. The system integrates with major HRIS solutions, works alongside existing learning management systems, and can be fully branded for enterprise clients.

Operating across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and MENA, Evolve enables organizations to scale training programs, reduce employee turnover, and improve workforce capability. The new capital will be used to advance the platform’s AI capabilities and enhance support for enterprise deployments.
