GetVocal AI Raises $26M to Scale Trust-Focused Enterprise AI Agents Across Europe

GetVocal AI, a Paris-based startup developing enterprise AI agents for customer operations, has closed a $26 million Series A round led by Creandum, with participation from Elaia and Speedinvest. The investment brings total funding to roughly $30 million and will fuel product expansion, European growth, and international hiring.

Founded by CEO Roy Moussa and Antonin Bertin, with early leadership from Sebastião Zaragoza, GetVocal is focused on solving a persistent issue in large-scale AI deployments: accountability. Many enterprises struggle to realize meaningful returns from AI pilots due to governance and oversight challenges. GetVocal’s platform is designed to bridge that gap by ensuring that AI-driven customer interactions remain traceable, auditable, and fully aligned with human-defined rules.

Its hybrid approach combines deterministic logic with large language models, enabling AI agents to handle complex conversations while human staff retain decision authority. The company already serves major brands including Vodafone, Glovo, Movistar Prosegur Alarmas, Nicomatic, and Capita, and is currently piloting with Deutsche Telekom.

With a team of approximately 60 employees operating across 23 markets, GetVocal aims to become Europe’s leading provider of transparent AI agents in customer experience — proving that automation can be both efficient and responsibly controlled.
