Boings.ai Closes Seed Round at $30M Valuation to Scale AI-Native Web3 Work Network

Boings.ai, a Web3 value collaboration network designed for the AI era, has completed its seed funding round at a $30 million valuation. The round was led by Honey Capital, with participation from LandScape Capital, Hotcoin Labs, Starbase, and Go2Mars Labs. The capital will support global expansion, DAO onboarding, and accelerated development of Boings.ai’s AI-powered matching engine.

The platform is built to serve a new class of AI-enabled “super individuals,” allowing independent creators and small teams to deliver high-impact work without traditional intermediaries. Under the leadership of Zebo, Founder and CEO, Boings.ai combines AI-driven talent matching with instant, trustless on-chain settlement through its proprietary 402 Protocol, enabling automated verification and immediate micropayments for completed work.

Boings.ai is positioning itself as a full-stack launchpad for decentralized organizations, aligning talent, incentives, and governance into a single AI-native infrastructure for the future of work.
