Humans&, a newly formed AI startup focused on building technology that augments human collaboration, has raised $480 million in seed funding at a $4.48 billion valuation, according to reporting by The New York Times. The round drew backing from Nvidia, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, and venture firms including SV Angel, GV, and Emerson Collective.
Founded by former researchers from Anthropic, Google, and xAI, including Andi Peng and Georges Harik, Humans& is developing AI systems designed to help people work together more effectively. The company plans to rethink large-scale model training and human-AI interaction, focusing on multi-agent learning, memory, and user understanding as it builds collaboration-first AI products.
