Arctis AI Secures €1M Pre-Seed to Bring AI-Native Contract Intelligence to European Construction

Munich-based Arctis AI, founded in 2025 by Dila Ekrem, Duc-Trung Nguyen, and Leon Stawowiak, has raised approximately €1 million in pre-seed funding to accelerate development of its AI platform for managing construction contracts across complex infrastructure projects.

The round was led by PT1, with participation from EWOR, Superangels, and a group of industry angels, including executives from PERI, La Famiglia, C1 Green Chemicals, B+V Union, and Marvel Fusion. Arctis AI is focused on replacing fragmented, PDF-based contract workflows with AI-powered agents that structure obligations, risks, and payment terms into a centralized system.

The company plans to use the funding to expand its technical team, build additional product modules, and scale customer deployments across Europe, following its first pilot project in Germany.
