Oura has introduced its first proprietary AI model to power Oura Advisor, enhancing the chatbot’s ability to provide personalized guidance across the full spectrum of women’s reproductive health. The model, now rolling out through the company’s opt-in Oura Labs feature hub, supports topics ranging from early menstrual cycles to menopause and integrates users’ biometric signals, long-term trends, sleep, activity, stress, and pregnancy data.
Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ricky Bloomfield stated that the initiative represents a shift toward responsible, clinically grounded AI tailored specifically for women’s health. The model draws on established medical research reviewed by Oura’s in-house clinicians and women’s health experts. Chief Commercial Officer Dorothy Kilroy previously highlighted women in their early twenties as the company’s fastest-growing demographic. Oura confirmed the system is hosted on its own infrastructure and does not share or sell user conversations.
