Flexzo AI has raised $12 million in Series A funding to expand its agentic AI workforce platform, with the round led by Octopus Ventures and supported by Fuel Ventures. The UK-based company, founded by Jack Henderson, is focused on addressing staffing shortages and rising costs across healthcare systems, including the National Health Service and international markets.
The platform uses AI-driven matching and automation to manage workforce allocation, identify staffing gaps, and connect hospitals directly with qualified professionals. Flexzo AI aims to reduce reliance on traditional staffing agencies by optimizing internal resources and building direct talent pipelines.
The investment brings additional leadership support, including Uthish Ranjan and Shiv Patel, as the company scales deployment and enhances its AI models to support more complex clinical environments.
