Newly Launches AI Platform for No-Code Mobile App Development Following $2M Funding

Stockholm-based startup Newly has launched an AI-powered platform designed to simplify native mobile application development, alongside securing $2 million in funding to accelerate its growth. The company is focused on reducing the complexity of building apps for iOS and Android by enabling users to create fully functional applications without coding.

Newly’s platform uses agentic AI systems to automate development processes, including backend and frontend creation, while embedding compliance requirements from the outset. This approach is intended to streamline app store submissions and reduce common barriers faced by developers.

The funding round, led by PSV Tech with participation from multiple venture firms and angel investors, supports further product development and expansion. Newly plans to extend its technology beyond mobile into additional software environments as it scales its AI-driven development ecosystem.
