AI travel technology company Lobby has secured $2.2 million in funding from Founderful, with Pascal Mathis joining the company’s Board of Directors following the investment. The funding will support expansion beyond hospitality into sectors including MICE, experiences, cruises, and airlines.
Led by CEO and co-founder Romy Abbrederis, Lobby is applying artificial intelligence to automate group booking workflows, a traditionally manual and complex segment of the travel industry. The platform processes inbound booking requests, particularly via email, and manages the full lifecycle from intent recognition to reservation execution.
Lobby’s system supports multilingual inputs, integrates with major tools such as Gmail, Outlook, and PMS platforms, and significantly reduces response times while improving conversion rates. The company is positioning its AI-driven automation as a solution to unlock efficiency and revenue across travel providers.
