Bengaluru-based Gnani.ai has raised $7.17 million in a Series B funding round led by Aavishkaar Capital, marking its first financing event of 2026 as demand for enterprise-grade voice AI accelerates. Founded in 2016, the company focuses on automating customer interactions across voice, chat, and messaging through a voice-first generative AI platform.
The transaction, approved through the allotment of compulsory convertible preference shares, values the company at an estimated $86 million, according to media reports. The capital is expected to support platform scaling, product expansion, and growth across domestic and international markets as enterprises move toward production-level AI deployments.
Gnani.ai reports serving over 200 customers, supporting more than 40 languages, and processing over 30 million voice interactions daily, positioning itself as an operating-scale AI platform with expanding financial momentum.
