Notch has announced a $30 million Series A funding round led by Headline, with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Jibe Ventures, Illuminate Financial, and Phoenix Insurance, bringing total funding to $45 million. Founded in 2021, the company is developing an AI operating system designed to enable regulated industries to deploy AI safely across complex workflows.

The platform combines conversational AI with structured execution, governance controls, and auditability, addressing enterprise challenges in compliance, legal oversight, and operational consistency. Notch has positioned its system as an alternative to traditional AI chatbots, focusing on end-to-end workflow automation with deterministic controls and traceable outputs.

With reported 12x ARR growth and deployments across global insurers and financial institutions, the company is expanding into the U.S. market and advancing its AI infrastructure for regulated enterprise environments.
