nFuse Announces €1.7M Funding Round to Scale AI-Powered B2B Ordering Platform Across Global Markets

Sofia-based AI company nFuse has raised €1.7 million in funding from Eleven Ventures and LAUNCHub to accelerate expansion across Europe, with plans to enter wider EMEA and American markets. The company, founded in 2025 by former Coca-Cola executives Stoyan Ivanov and Stefan Radov, is focused on transforming B2B commerce through AI-driven ordering systems.

nFuse’s platform enables retailers and HoReCa operators to place orders via familiar messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS using text, voice, or images, eliminating the need for traditional apps. Ivanov and Radov identified that fragmented retail markets prefer existing communication tools over complex B2B platforms, and positioned AI as the interface layer.

The company reports significantly higher adoption rates and faster deployment, while reducing transaction costs and increasing retailer engagement through AI-enabled workflows.
