Prantae Solutions Announces ₹5 Crore to Disrupt AI-Driven Diagnostics

Deep-tech innovator Prantae Solutions has raised ₹5 crore in a seed funding round led by the IAN Group, with additional backing from IAN Alpha Fund, Samir Kalia, Deepank Kumar, and Nitin Zamre. The funds will accelerate the development of cutting-edge diagnostic solutions for kidney health and diabetes care, expand the product portfolio, and bolster research and development efforts.

Founded in 2015 by Sumona Karjee Mishra and Aseem Mishra, Prantae Solutions is focused on creating point-of-care (POC) diagnostics that emphasize accessibility, accuracy, and inclusivity. The Bhubaneswar-based company leverages proprietary nanosensors, IoT, and AI to deliver actionable insights that enable early detection and proactive management of chronic conditions. Its flagship product, Proflo-U, offers a globally unmatched detection range for microalbumin to proteinuria levels, providing cost-effective and calibration-free testing solutions.

With the Indian POC diagnostics market projected to grow from $1.41 billion in FY2024 to $2.71 billion by FY2032, and the global market expected to reach $51.19 billion by the same year, Prantae is well-positioned for growth. The company aims to strengthen its domestic footprint before expanding internationally, aspiring to transform healthcare diagnostics and improve accessibility for millions worldwide.
