Apptronik Secures $350M Series A to Scale AI-Powered Humanoid Robots

Apptronik, a leader in AI-driven robotics, has raised $350 million in Series A funding to accelerate the production of its humanoid robots designed for industrial applications. The round was co-led by B Capital and Capital Factory, with additional backing from Google, reinforcing investor confidence in Apptronik’s potential to compete in the rapidly expanding humanoid robotics sector.

CEO Jeff Cardenas stated that advancements in AI-powered robotics are making humanoid robots more versatile, with the company focused on scaling deployment across manufacturing and healthcare before expanding into broader consumer applications. Apollo, Apptronik’s latest humanoid robot, is at the center of these efforts.

The Texas-based company has collaborated with NASA and Nvidia and has developed 15 robotic systems, including NASA’s Valkyrie. As AI-driven humanoid robotics gains momentum, Apptronik remains committed to delivering robots at a price point competitive with consumer vehicles while competing with Tesla Optimus in a projected $38 billion market by 2035.
