Resolve AI Announces $125M Series A at $1B Valuation to Advance AI-Driven System Reliability Engineering

Resolve AI, a startup focused on automating system reliability engineering using artificial intelligence, has raised $125 million in Series A funding at a $1 billion valuation. The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Greylock Partners, Unusual Ventures, Artisanal Ventures, and A*.

The company was co-founded in 2024 by former Splunk executives Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal, whose previous startup Omnition was acquired by Splunk in 2019. Resolve AI is developing AI systems designed to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure failures automatically, reflecting the growing emergence of the AI-SRE category, where startups are applying AI agents to automate operational reliability and incident response in complex software systems.
