Cognizant Extends AI-Powered Partnership with Etex to Drive Digital Transformation

Cognizant (Nasdaq: CTSH) has extended its strategic partnership with Etex, a global leader in sustainable building materials and lightweight construction, to accelerate digital transformation through AI and automation. The five-year agreement focuses on deploying GenAI and chatbot solutions to enhance user experience and automate critical tasks, ensuring efficiency and cost optimization across Etex’s operations.

Leveraging AI and automation, Cognizant will support Etex in key areas, including applications, workplace collaboration, network security, hosting, service delivery, and data management. The initiative aims to reduce operational costs while enabling Etex to navigate evolving market conditions with agility.
