This initiative aims to support enterprises through GPU as a Service, vertically tailored AI applications, and large-scale AI-driven infrastructure, unlocking new revenue streams in the rapidly expanding AI market.

The AI Factory leverages collaborations with NVIDIA and Dell, integrating NVIDIA NeMo and NIM microservices for scalable AI workloads and Dell PowerEdge servers for telecom and edge automation. Christopher Penrose, Global VP of Business Development for Telco at NVIDIA, remarked that the expansion of Amdocs’ AI capabilities will help service providers deploy and monetize AI-powered business solutions with greater ease. Dennis Hoffman, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Telecom Systems Business at Dell Technologies, emphasized that Dell’s network automation solutions would provide a robust foundation for AI adoption in the telecom sector.
With AI-based infrastructure services expected to grow at an annual rate of 18% over the next five years, Amdocs is positioning itself at the forefront of AI-driven transformation.
