DRUID AI, a Romanian leader in conversational AI, is preparing to secure a $50 million (€46M) Series C funding round, potentially closing by the end of April. Cipio Partners is expected to lead the investment, bringing DRUID AI’s valuation to $300 million, according to market sources cited by ZF.
Founded in 2018 by Andreea Plesea, Daniel Balaceanu, Bogdan Pietroiu, Bogdan Grigorescu, and Liviu Drăgan, DRUID AI develops AI-powered virtual assistants that integrate with enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and HR tools. The company reported an ARR of $20 million in 2024, growing from $13 million in 2023, with clients including Texas Children’s Hospital and White Castle.
This round follows a €27.55 million Series B in 2023 and a €14 million Series A in 2022, accelerating its global expansion.
