Flagright Announces $4.3M Funding Round to Expand AI-Native Compliance Platform Globally

Flagright, the AI-native no-code compliance platform, has secured $4.3 million in seed funding to expand its global footprint and enhance its AI-driven solutions for financial crime prevention. The round was led by Frontline Ventures, with participation from prominent angels including Rubin Ritter, André Silva, and Ahmed Badr, as well as existing backers Y Combinator, Moonfire Ventures, and Pioneer Fund.

Co-founder Baran Ozkan said the company had built AI capabilities from the ground up, giving it a key advantage over legacy systems in combating increasingly AI-enabled financial threats. He noted that the funding will support the development of new AI agents and expansion into North America.

Founded in 2022 by Ozkan and Madhu Nadig, Flagright offers real-time transaction monitoring, AI forensics, and AML risk management via a no-code platform. The solution automates investigations and reduces manual work by up to 90%, helping compliance teams operate faster and more accurately. With over 50 customers across six continents, Flagright recently established its EMEA headquarters in London, joining existing offices in Berlin, Singapore, and Bangalore.
