Groundup.ai, a Singapore-based industrial AI company focused on predictive maintenance and workplace safety, has secured $4.25 million in Series A funding to scale its operations and accelerate international expansion. The round was led by Tin Men Capital, with continued backing from Wavemaker Ventures and SEEDS Capital, the investment arm of Enterprise Singapore.
Founded by Leon Lim, Groundup.ai develops Cognitive Maintenance systems that integrate AI agents, proprietary sensors, and deep machine intelligence to enable real-time diagnostics and root-cause analysis. Lim said the company is “transforming industrial operations by turning assets into intelligent systems that can predict failures before they happen.” The funding will support expansion across Asia, the Middle East, and new markets in Australia and Europe.
