Etiq AI Closes €900K Seed Round to Expand AI Debugging Platform for Data Scientists

London-based AI startup Etiq AI has secured €900,000 in seed funding led by GapMinder VC, following £1 million in grant support from InnovateUK. The company will use the capital to scale its Data Science Copilot, a newly launched platform aimed at dramatically reducing debugging time for machine learning pipelines.

Co-founded by Iris Anson and Raluca Crisan, Etiq AI focuses on post-training robustness and fairness, providing tools that improve model transparency and accelerate testing. The Copilot offers root cause analysis, recommended testing, and intelligent code navigation, helping data science teams fix issues in minutes rather than weeks.

The funding will support product development, expansion into LLM testing, and broader go-to-market efforts through 2025.
