Berlin-based Emerge Tech GmbH has raised funding from High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and the Heimatboost investment community to accelerate development of its AI-driven employer branding platform and prepare for a forthcoming seed round. Founded in 2024, Emerge Tech helps small and medium-sized businesses compete for top talent by automating the employer branding process typically reserved for large corporations.
CEO and co-founder Daniel Braun said the platform aims to address the growing skills shortage by enabling smaller employers to stand out. “Our AI agents will create game-changing opportunities for companies that have been left behind,” he explained. With specialized tools like “Creative Carla” and “Channel Charly,” the platform has already shown strong early results, including a 40% improvement in candidate fit.
HTGF Principal Christian Arndt said the team’s deep HR and tech expertise positioned Emerge as a critical player in the digital transformation of recruitment. The company plans international expansion and new AI features in 2026.
