NeoLogic Raises $10M Series A to Redefine Energy-Efficient CPUs for AI Data Centers

NeoLogic, the Israel-based semiconductor startup founded by Avi Messica (CEO) and Ziv Leshem (CTO), has secured a $10 million Series A round led by KOMPAS VC with participation from M Ventures, Maniv Mobility, and lool Ventures. The company is developing next-generation server CPUs designed with simplified logic, using fewer transistors and gates to deliver faster performance with dramatically reduced power consumption.

With more than 50 years of combined semiconductor expertise, Messica and Leshem are driving innovation beyond Moore’s Law. NeoLogic is collaborating with hyperscaler partners on designs and plans to deliver a single-core test chip this year. The funding will expand the engineering team and accelerate development, positioning NeoLogic to bring energy-saving AI CPUs to data centers by 2027.
