Ambassador Secures $7M to Expand AI-Driven Customer Feedback and Engagement Platform

Seattle-based startup Ambassador has raised $7 million in new funding to accelerate growth of its software platform that helps companies capture, analyze, and act on customer feedback. The round brings total funding to $11 million and supports the launch of HiroAI, Ambassador’s new AI layer designed to analyze customer engagement data across referrals, surveys, loyalty programs, and outreach tools.

Ambassador serves more than 200 customers globally, including enterprises across telecom, fintech, and B2B software, enabling marketing and revenue teams to consolidate engagement workflows into a single system. HiroAI applies artificial intelligence to surface insights, recommend next actions, and improve retention and revenue without fully automating decision making.

The company, led by CEO Geoff McDonald, plans to use the capital to scale product development and further embed AI across customer engagement operations.
