VoiceRun, a startup building a code-first platform for creating and scaling AI voice agents, has closed a $5.5 million seed funding round led by Flybridge Capital. The company was founded by Nicholas Leonard, CEO, and Derek Caneja, CTO, to address limitations they observed in existing voice agent tools that rely heavily on no-code or rigid visual interfaces.
VoiceRun enables developers and AI coding agents to design, test, and deploy voice agents directly in code, offering greater flexibility, control, and scalability for enterprise use cases such as customer service automation and voice-driven products. The platform supports rapid deployment, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization while keeping business logic and data under customer control. The new funding will support product development and adoption among enterprise and developer-focused teams building next-generation AI-powered voice experiences.
